The Big Six is the foundation of my own training, which is slightly modified compared to the original. This very balanced set of exercises will improve your overall strength and fitness, help you understand how Progressive Calisthenics works and give you a solid foundation to start working on iconic moves like the human flag, front lever, muscle up, or planche.
Each of these major compound movements has ten different levels to it, so you can chose the right progression for you to work with. At at the same time it serve as a roadmap, so you can see where your training will lead you, as well as showing you that mastering the last few levels (for example, One Arm Pull Ups or advanced Pistol Squats) are within your reach.
